yes the lens is well worth the money
I bought it on EBAY From a company call Digital rev, whats more they now have it cheaper then what I PAID!!
Ggrr! beware that like me, you may have to pay import duty. but it still work out £20 cheaper than the cheapest shop here. it came well packed.but not the fastest time
I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
THE LENS is wonderfully light
and the (IS) is a bonus less shaky pic's but I still like my SIGMA 70-300 APO with macro as an all rounder, as most of my pictures show. CANON 55-250 BUY IT IF YOU CAN, YOU'LL NOT REGRET IT. A PERFECT UP GRADED FROM 18-55; 6 February 2008 at 21:33

hi welcome to my blog.
at the moment i have to try every thing out, thats in this blogging lark so if you see some big mistakes . ITS NOT MY
FAULT. o k
just having laugh well you have too !!
so i do hope you will enjoy my photo's as much as i do and i also
hope you will understand that if a picture is a little bit out of
focus ; it sometimes happens you just got to get the shot
regardless to wheather or not the camera setting are right.
landscapes , skyscapes , wildlife, bugs and birds . so there we have it , some of my pic's I will add a few words but not all, as I would like you too have a say , if you like it say so , if you don't well say you don't [keep it sweet though] thanks
