I always wonder when I see "road kill" what happened and I always hope it was sudden, and not painful.
My mother had a little Mink Stoll years ago...don't know what happened to it.

I agree with you on this I hate to see dead wildlife. but we can not control everything in life.
and as humans we are very careless..
I've never seen a mink in the wild, dead or alive - what a chance shot!
i really like the early one morning photo - I've been taking panoramic shots for the first time, and your one is a gem!
it always saddens me to see dead wildlife... but it's ok to represent that aspect of life as well...

I would been happier get a picture of a live one. but I know where to look out for one now in this area
