I would love to have a built-in birdcage on a wall of my house. I would spend hours watching this wonderful little creatures. Thanks for these photos Old Git - they bring a warmth to the heart.
Oh no! ...they wouldn't be caged (sorry, wrong word) - I could never do that. My brother did this - he had an outside basement wall(wooden) with openings for all the birdies. Inside he had an extra extra thick glass wall (with door for cleaning purposes) so the rest of the basement was still warm, potted trees and all kinds of bird houses for nesting. The birdies were free to come and go as they pleased. He lives a long way from me but I so enjoyed seeing them when I visited. It was such a unique idea.
hi welcome to my blog. at the moment i have to try every thing out, thats in this blogging lark so if you see some big mistakes . ITS NOT MY FAULT. o k just having laugh well you have too !! so i do hope you will enjoy my photo's as much as i do and i also hope you will understand that if a picture is a little bit out of focus ; it sometimes happens you just got to get the shot regardless to wheather or not the camera setting are right. landscapes , skyscapes , wildlife, bugs and birds . so there we have it , some of my pic's I will add a few words but not all, as I would like you too have a say , if you like it say so , if you don't well say you don't [keep it sweet though] thanks

there were lots more last week,
this bush was loaded I think what you see in the photo were under the ripe
